Refunds & RMA

Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to CubeCrystal.com? 
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days after you receive the order. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days within which CubeCrystal.com must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended, reissued, or modified from its original request. Our returns department must authorize returned items. Unauthorized items returned to CubeCrystal.com NOT originally requested will be returned or refused at sender’s expense. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on all boxes containing the returned items.  
 
How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?  
Click rma@cubecrystal.com or call us at toll free 1-888-330-8468 to request an RMA number. Please tell us the Invoice number and leave a description of the reason you are requesting a RMA. We will contact you within 48 hours via email, or telephone or fax.

May I exchange items returned for a different product? 
Yes. We do exchange RMA items for different items but under the same subcategory.  
 
How do I check the status of my RMA?  
You can simply call our toll free at 1-888-330-8468. (To speed up this process, please have your invoice number, your RMA number ready.) . 
 
Approximately how long does it take before I see a refund credit in my account?  
Depending on when your return items are received back at our warehouse. It usually takes us approximately two business days to process a credit back to your credit card and about 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement. Total about 5 days. 
 
Approximately how long does it take for CubeCrystal.com to process an RMA?  
It takes 2-5 business days for us to process and re-ship or issue refund once we receive them.  
 
Is it necessary to return each individual accessory when I send in a return? What should I include with my RMA? Yes. All original equipment, components, manuals, power adapters, documents, packaging must be returned with your item in order for CubeCrystal.com to process your RMA. Missing items will incur further charges or less of a refund. In most cases, items sent in for RMA repair will be replaced with another full item set with accessories. Please return all accessories.  
 
When and why are restocking fees applied? How much is deducted when a return is subject to a restocking fee?  
There is a restocking fee of 15% on some returns for refund. Including the customer makes the wrong order and is willing to return or the item is not defective but you just do not want it. We are willing to replace a defective item.  
 
Who pays for shipping on a defective item? 
CubeCrystal.com does pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. But only pay for the defective ones! We also will pay for the shipping of the replaced items back to the customer.  
 
Will CubeCrystal.com cross-ship replacement merchandise?  
Yes, CubeCrystal.com will do the cross-ship replacement merchandise upon on the customer’s request. The cross-shipment must be done for both CubeCrystal.com and the customer within 10 days after the customer get the RMA number. People do not want to send two products for the price of just one. If the return item is found NOT defective, the 15% restocking fee of the merchandise and the shipping charge for the replacement will be changed on the customer’s credit card.

I received an email indicating that the item I return is no longer available or is backordered. What happens now?  
If an RMA item is found to be on backorder or no longer available, you will be notified by email with the information of the item status, such as the lead time for the backorder or the possible replacement for the discontinuous item, please send us an e-mail with your decision. If we can not obtain the item, you will get refund. We try to contact every customer in this case and make sure they are happy with another replacement item or refund amount. 
 
I have mailed my return but I still do not show that it has been received. What now?  
Please be sure to send your RMA with a carrier that has tracking system, check that first to make sure it has been received. It takes one to two business days for an RMA to process once we do receive them.  
 
I received an email indicating that the serial number of the item I returned does not match the serial number of the product I originally purchased from CubeCrystal.com. What now?  
We keep serial numbers on all component products every step of the way in our warehouse. Sometimes we find a customer has inadvertently returned an item that does not belong to us in such a case, the item in question will be returned to the customer with a request to send the correct item.  
 
Not Returnable Merchandise  
Some special, discounted of promotional offers, have a no return policy. This merchandise is clearly marked with the label "NO RETURN" or “BUY IT AS IT IS” on CubeCrystal.com. Customers are encouraged to request a sample pack before a bulk order is placed.
