•How does CubeCrystal.com ship out the orders?  
The online orders use UPS (United Parcel Service) real-time calculating systems, you will choose the UPS shipping service from a list when you check out. It is the real-time calculation from our location, according to UPS’s system, your shipping fee is calculated by your location and weight of the products you ordered. Whither you choose Ground Service or Express Service, we guaranty you to delivery your order on time, we will use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to fulfill your needs.  
 
• How about if I have my own UPS account or my own FedEx account and like the shipping applied to my account?  
If you prefer to use your own UPS account or FedEx account for the shipping fee, please Do Not order online! Simply give us a call by ordering on the phone or work out a paper order by faxing to us or e-mail to us. Be sure telling us your account number. 
 
•How do I get my tracking number? 
The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are e-mailed to our customer after the orders are shipped. Be sure to provide us your e-mail address when you place the order.  
 
•What should I do if an item is missing from my order?  
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), call CubeCrystal.com toll free at 1-888-330-8468.  
 
•Does CubeCrystal.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?  
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Orders will take one to two business days to process and should arrive within five to ten working days to arrive. However, we cannot control the actual delivery time for APO/FPO orders. It may take 2-4 weeks at times. Please visit www.usps.com for more services that can trace your package. Please don't order online if you are APO/FPO. 
 
•Why did carriers separate the packages of my order?  
Many times it happens when multiple packages are shipped. The carriers may route the package on to another truck due to space issues. It is quite possible that carriers may separate the order for the same order. However, they will make every effort to delivery all packages on the same day.  
 
• Do you provide free ground shipping service on your products?  
Yes, we do! You get free ground shipping service within the 48 contiguous States in USA when order $75.00 or above. This is another bonus upon our products extreme low price. 
 
•How about if I am a customer from Hawaii or Alaska?  
We recommend you choose the US Post Office when you make a phone order or e-mail order or fax order. For your security, please tell us your credit card on the phone. 
 
•Does CubeCrystal.com ship internationally?  
Yes, we do ship internationally. If you want make an online order from Canada, we can ship to you by UPS Standard Ground to Canada, choose this from the shipping service list when you check out. For the customers form other countries, please send us your order request by e-mail, we will send you some information about the shipping fee and services within one day, we will ship to you after you confirm the service and the fee. From our experience, US Post Office is best way to ship internationally. UPS has the Air Service Available for Puerto Rico and other US territories. CubeCrystal.com will not in charge of any custom issues, we only provide the invoice to the carriers.
